Bollywood getting better!!

I was watching a promo of 'Musafir', a Bolloywood movie waiting to kick the theatres for this Ganesh Festival, it impressed me to think a while about the bollywood in whole. Just in 18 months to two years time, we had seen a great deal of developments in the way bollywood movies are screened. One gets to hear that bollywood directors are aping the Hollywood counterparts.
Whatever we hear, what we see in our Hindi cinema today is a minimum of 30% dialogues in English. Hero and/or heroine go abroad at least once in a movie and if it was hero's turn, he would fight with a local gang and deliver a dialogue on power of Hindustan(i). If both of hem go overseas, they cannot comeback without travelling in a train. I remember our guys going abroad only for screening songs but now even for fight scenes. Viewers too get to enjoy lot of places!!
Most important thing that I observed in Hindi cinema of today is the costumes designed for the actresses. Thanks to Mallika Sherawat and Bipasha. They put lot of pressure on the new entries to dress better!! Isha Gopikkar in Girl Friend, Neha Dhupia in Julie and Neha again in Musafir is definitely the influence of Mallika of Quaish/Murder. Our heroine wears a bikini in song sequences, reserve tank top and shorts for rest of the movie. While watching the promo, one gets a feeling that it is not a movie but some Shakira stuff. Good going!!
One more interesting thig is, our bollywood hero now cannot live without an imported Ghadi (two wheerler in most cases), goggles and a die for his hair. Hero, a Malhotra, either a super cop or someone who is managing a family businness cannot do his job if there is no Saxena with him. He does not like fighting on the ground these days. Irrespective of his job, he shoots people with crazy guns like the hero in Hollywood. As FBI in hollywood cinema, Investigating teams in our cinemas are also really very smart. Overall, bollywood film goer has all the action now. Guys, watch out for the movie reviews before you dare to get a ticket. I just enjoy the promos more than the movie these days after all promos screen heroine at best.

U mentioned that there is more pressure on heroines to dress better after the entry of Mallika and the likes. A clarification: Dress better or Undress better?
