I decided to leave the office at 6:30 in the evening but it was pouring heavily. I looked around to catch up with someone so that I can just pass off till the rain stops. I caught up with this gentle man who has almost 6 years of experience in IT and was there in London for four years. He would have definitely made lots of money during that long stay. But, he is somehow not happy with the organization that he works for. He started explaining me the expectations that he has. It is too much a task to put all his wants in my blog. He argues that his employer charged the client 60 pounds per hour but paid this guy only 1375 pounds per month. How foolish it is to think that way? It took a great deal of time for me to explain him that the calculations cannot be that way at all.
How (un) fortunate are we to have people like this with us? All of us can understand if people are not happy with the quality of work, money, opportunities etc.. Here is a man who had an opportunity to score points and earn money. What else can be delivered by an organization? You can expect something from organization and expect that to be delivered in a set timeline. If you are sure that it could not be delivered within the set timelines, you better find someone else who promise you to deliver what you want. This is much simpler a formula! 'He' just remains Anonymous.
